From 2015 to 2023, he served as the Senior Manager – Capability at Bayer India Ltd., overseeing operations in India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. He played a pivotal role in implementing CRM strategies, increasing customer retention by 20%, and expanding market share by 10% through strategic market analysis and training innovations. Prior to that, he held the position of National Training Manager for Bayer Zydus Pharma’s Women’s Health Care division (2011–2015), where he successfully developed and rolled out a nationwide training strategy.
